Although the overall appointment went relatively smoothly, I felt I was being passed around unnecessarily. Moreover, the purpose behind the tests was not explained, nor the overall results. Finally, I was left to sit for quite a while before a member of the sales staff became free - perhaps staffing levels need to be reviewed.

the staff were friendly and helpful when looking for new frames. However, on going for my fitting appointment I found that the prescription when incorrect; I couldn't se at all theough one pair of gkasses and the ither two were poor. I've had to leave the glasses at Boots and now have to wait another week for an appointment to have a partial retest. Nor impressed at all. Boots Opticians have now had the full payment for my glasses for a month and I still have another week to wait for a retest and then yet more weeks whilst new glasses are made. And no letter through the post saying that my gkasses are ready anyway. Would NOT recommeend af this point.

After many years using Boots Opticians their service, care and professionalism has always been exceptional. The optometrist Jillian and dispensing optician Kerry at the Queensgate branch always give an excellent, outstanding and thorough standard of care and are credit to the practice.
